Our boardrooms and meeting spaces are designed to accommodate groups of 6 to 250 people, with flexible layouts to suit your needs. Available to rent by the hour, each space is equipped with state-of-the-art AV technology, high-speed WiFi, whiteboards, and essential meeting supplies. To enhance your experience, an à la carte snack and beverage cart is also available. If you have any special requests, let us know—we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible!
Foundation
Located on the first floor, just steps off the lobby and RoboJo, the Foundation Boardroom combines modern amenities with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Ideal for smaller groups of up to 10, it features high-speed WiFi, a 65” screen, and AV capabilities, making it perfect for brainstorming sessions or intimate team meetings. Build your ideas from the ground up in the Foundation.
Horizon
The Horizon Boardroom accommodates up to 12 guests and is designed for focused collaboration. Overlooking The Lounge with stunning views of the setting sun, this spacious room encourages creativity and forward-thinking. Featuring high-speed WiFi, advanced AV technology, and a sleek 65” screen, it’s perfect for planning the future in a room that inspires vision and success.
Overlook
With seating for up to 6, the Overlook Boardroom inspires big ideas and bold strategies. Overlooking the Taphouse, this space is equipped with a 50” display, high-speed WiFi, large whiteboard, and seamless AV connectivity. Designed for productive meetings, strategy sessions, or client presentations, the Overlook offers a unique perspective for your team.
Cornerstone
The Cornerstone Boardroom is an executive space exclusively available to Dedicated Desk and Private Office members. Seating up to 10 guests, this refined boardroom features high-speed WiFi, state-of-the-art AV equipment, and a 65” screen, making it perfect for impactful presentations or collaborative discussions. With its elegant design and premium amenities, the Cornerstone embodies the strength and stability your business deserves.
E9 Simulator
A unique space that blends work and play, Emergency Nine exemplifies the philosophy that there’s always time for an emergency nine. This versatile room features a boardroom table that seats 10, community tables that seat 12, and oversized chairs for relaxing while you play a round. With a total capacity of up to 40 people, it’s equipped with two 75” TVs, one 65” TV, and a state-of-the-art overhead golf simulator. The simulator includes a slow-motion impact camera and a massive 16’ x 10’ wide screen, perfect for playing a round of golf, watching the big game, or giving a dynamic presentation. Emergency Nine is ideal for entertaining clients, hosting team-building sessions, or creating unforgettable experiences.
Revel Room
A sophisticated and versatile event space, perfect for weddings, corporate gatherings, and milestone celebrations. The Revel Room offers seating for up to 112 banquet-style, with a total standing capacity of over 250. It can also be arranged in auditorium or classroom configurations, making it adaptable to any event. Featuring a stunning 12’ x 10’ video wall, three additional 75” TVs, and soaring 25’ ceilings with two stories of windows, this space provides an awe-inspiring setting. The Revel Room also includes a bar for special events, staffed by Sonder Brewing, offering craft beer and a full alcohol menu. With luxurious finishes, modern amenities, and an inviting atmosphere, the Revel Room is designed to create unforgettable memories, from intimate receptions to grand events.
C-Suite
An exclusive executive lounge that combines luxury and functionality. Located on the second floor overlooking the Tap House, the C-Suite seats up to 16 guests and has a total capacity of 30. This refined space features a 65” TV and a premium sound system, making it ideal for intimate gatherings, after-hours meetings, or hosting clients. With luxurious seating, private bourbon lockers, and an inviting ambiance, the C-Suite offers a sophisticated setting designed to impress and inspire.
