No event markup on beverages. No per-person drink surcharge. No beverage minimum. The Taproom features Sonder Brewing on tap with a bartender included in the room.
Everything Quoted Upfront
The number we quote is the number your client pays. No AV fees, no setup/teardown charges, no "service fees" that appear on the final invoice.
AV Built In, Not Rented
12×10 ft video wall, large-format displays, wireless screen sharing, high-speed WiFi. It's all in the room. No AV rental company, no extra invoices.
Private Parking Lot
Not shared. Not managed by a property company. Your clients' guests park in front of the building, every time. EV chargers available.
