Revelance (“Revelance,” “we,” “us”) operates the private business club and event venue at 8460 Duke Blvd, Mason, OH 45040 and the website revelanceoh.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website, our online forms, our emails, and the front-desk check-in page.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a day pass, book a tour, plan an event, RSVP, apply for membership, sign up for updates, or contact us, we collect what you enter, which may include:

• Name, email address, phone number, and company
• Mailing address, and for membership applications, date of birth, membership type, start date, and your preferred payment method (we do not collect card or bank numbers through the website)
• Event details such as date, guest count, budget, space, and catering preferences
• Anything you write in a message, and the name and email of a colleague you invite to a day pass

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we and our service providers collect device and usage information such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and advertising click identifiers and campaign tags (for example a Google Ads click ID or UTM parameters).

Cookies, analytics, and session recording

• Google Analytics 4 measures site traffic and how visitors use our pages.
• Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with pages (for example clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement) to help us improve the site. Clarity is configured to mask text you type into form fields.
• First-party cookies and browser storage remember an advertising click ID and campaign details for up to 90 days, whether you have already shared your email with us, and your progress in the event-planning wizard.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, and learn how Microsoft uses Clarity data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Some features of the site may not work as intended without cookies.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule tours, issue and verify day passes, and check you in at the front desk
• To plan and quote events and to process membership applications
• To send confirmations, reminders, and follow-up emails related to your request, and event announcements you sign up for
• To understand how the website performs, improve it, and measure our advertising
• To protect the club, our members, and the website from fraud, spam, and misuse, and to meet legal obligations

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the club and the website, and only for the purposes above:

• Netlify hosts the website and receives form submissions
• Resend delivers our transactional and follow-up emails
• Google (Workspace, Sheets, Analytics, and Ads) stores guest and inquiry records and provides analytics and ad measurement
• Microsoft Clarity provides site usage analytics
• Perfect Venue manages event inquiries and bookings

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Your choices

• Every marketing email includes a way to reply and ask us to stop; you can also email us at any time.
• You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, for example to manage your membership or event, or as required for our records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
