Revelance at 8460 Duke Blvd Mason Ohio — exterior of the private business club
Our Story

The vision of
Patrick Malloy
& Joe Clark

Four years of planning. Thirteen months of construction. One building that exists because two business owners refused to settle for a generic office.

The Beginning

Built from the ground up.

Every detail of Revelance — from the floor plan to the bourbon lockers to the bar menu — was designed by Patrick Malloy and Joe Clark. They didn't retrofit an existing space or convert a strip mall. They assembled a group of local investors who believed in the vision, hired M+A Architects, broke ground in 2020, and oversaw 13 months of construction with Bunnell Hill Construction.

Patrick and Joe are Managing Partners. This building is their headquarters. They work here every day — not from some corporate office in another city, not via email from a holding company. When you join Revelance, you join the building its founders built for themselves and opened to the community.

Today, Revelance is home to established companies in finance, foodservice, and medical devices — alongside coworking members who use it as their daily office. Located in Deerfield Township with a Mason mailing address, the building sits at the center of Warren County's business corridor. You're joining an active business community, not renting a desk in a vacant space.

What Sets Us Apart

A private club, not a coworking space.

There are coworking spaces in every suburb. Revelance is something different — and the difference is felt the moment you walk in the door.

Lifestyle

Work and play under one roof. A craft beer taphouse, bourbon lockers, a golf simulator, and a culinary lab — amenities built for the way you actually live, not just the way you work. Grow personally and professionally in a space designed for both.

Exclusive

Every detail was designed to elevate. Premium materials, sophisticated architecture, commercial-grade amenities in every corner. This isn't a renovated office park. It was built from the ground up to feel exceptional every single day.

Rooted

Owner-operated and locally invested. The founders work here. The investors are from here. The taphouse features a local brewer. The coffee bar features a local roaster. When you join, you're part of something that's genuinely invested in this community.

Our Core Values

What guides everything.

These aren't words on a wall. They shaped every decision from the floor plan to the hiring process to how we show up for our members every day.

Servant Leadership

Kindness and energy to foster growth — in ourselves and in the people around us.

Centered

Grounded in faith, family, and balance. We work hard because we know what we're working for.

Visionary

Creativity and forward thinking. We built something that didn't exist because we could see it clearly before it did.

Determined

Perseverance to achieve. Four years of planning. Thirteen months of construction. We don't quit on a vision.

Versatility

Practical solutions and attention to detail — in a building that works for individual professionals and entire companies.

The Journey

From a vision on paper to 400 people at a ribbon cutting — this building took everything its founders had to give.
