The fastest way to plan a birthday is to start with the guest list and let it choose the room:

• Up to 25 — the C-Suite Lounge. A private executive lounge (14 seated, 25 standing) lined with 50 personal bourbon lockers. Made for a milestone toast or a bourbon-tasting night with the people who matter most.
• 25 to 40 — Emergency 9. A fully enclosed golf-simulator suite with a ProTee VX simulator and a 10×16-foot impact screen. Run a closest-to-the-pin contest or a nine-hole scramble with a leaderboard — no golf experience required.
• Up to 80 — the Taproom. A private craft beer bar featuring Sonder Brewing — 60 seated or 80 standing, with the bartender included. It feels like your own pub for the night.
• Up to 125 seated, 225 combined — the Revel Room. 25-foot ceilings, a 12×10-foot video wall for the photo slideshow, and a private bar. Open it to the Taproom and the connected spaces for up to 225.

Three Birthday Formats That Work

The tournament. Emergency 9 for a simulator contest with prizes, then the Taproom for the toast. Combining rooms is easy because they're in the same building.

The bourbon night. The C-Suite Lounge, a few good bottles, and a small guest list. Outside beer, wine, and spirits are welcome in the C-Suite, so the birthday bottle can be the one you've been saving.

The big dinner. The Revel Room set with banquet rounds, your caterer, a slideshow on the video wall, and a bar that pours at menu prices. Good for the milestones where the whole family and every friend group shows up.

Food, Drinks, and the Cake

There's no mandatory catering. Bring the caterer, restaurant, or food truck you love — and the bakery that makes the cake. In the Taproom and Revel Room, the bar is run by Sonder Brewing at standard menu prices with no event markup and no beverage minimum. In the other spaces, you're welcome to bring your own beer, wine, and spirits.

The Practical Stuff
