The Activities

Pick the activity, keep the team together

Good team building is competitive enough to be fun and easy enough that everyone can join in. Every option here works for people who have never done it before, and they combine — tournament first, dinner and a toast after, without anyone getting back in a car.

Work + Play

The meeting and the fun, under one roof

Most team days need real work before the reward. Four private boardrooms (6 to 14 people) handle working sessions and breakouts; the Revel Room seats 125 at rounds or 200+ theater-style for an all-hands, with a 12×10 ft video wall; and Emergency 9 doubles as a conference room for 25. Every room has its AV built in — no AV packages, no Wi-Fi charges.

Bring any caterer, restaurant, or food truck you like — there's no mandatory catering. The bar runs at standard Sonder Brewing prices, there's no set end time, and a free private lot with more than 125 spaces and EV chargers sits right outside. One building, one clear quote.

Common Questions

Team building questions, straight answers

Pricing depends on date, headcount, and the spaces and activities you use — and the quote you get is the quote you pay. No AV fees, no mandatory catering packages, no per-head food minimums. Tell us your date, headcount, and what you have in mind and we'll send one clear number, usually within 24 hours.

From 6 people in a boardroom to 225 across the Revel Room and Taproom. The golf-simulator tournament in Emergency 9 works best for 25 to 40, the Culinary Lab seats 20 (30 standing), and larger groups rotate between activities.

No. The simulator is built for beginners as much as golfers — closest-to-the-pin and team scramble formats keep everyone in it, and teams level out the skill gap. Plenty of guests have never swung a club before.

Yes — that's what the building is for. Run the working session in a boardroom, the Revel Room, or Emergency 9 (which seats 25 as a conference room), then move down the hall to the activity. Screens, video conferencing, and Wi-Fi are included with no AV charges.

Bring any caterer, restaurant, or food truck you like — there's no mandatory catering. The Taproom and Revel Room pour Sonder Brewing at standard prices with the bartender included, so there's no event markup or drink minimum.

Yes. Team cooking experiences in the Culinary Lab are chef-led and arranged with our culinary team — hands-on sessions or tastings for up to 20 seated or 30 standing. Ask when you inquire and we'll put the right format together.
